    Hmmm this is an international clan, that means you have to know English enough to communicate to the clan. I don't see why a player who doesn't speak English would apply, if he can't talk to his clanmates...

    Yeaah, he really is still in uRs. Right now (10:26 pm according to W$N's clock) he's having a clan match. And earlier today Klone and I spotted him in an interclan with the tag. Screenies:

    Applicants should NOT already be in a clan when they apply to W$N. Also, it seems that waag only plays on the uRs server and has not made any replies here on his application (eventhough he is still active in game).

    This guy is clearly not committed to his application, and the fact that he is currently in another clan means his application should be closed.
