master abuse or not?

wouldn't this be considered admin abuse??

i had just opened A.C up and went to a U.R.S server and saw 5 of the same clan guys and one of them were admin.
so i asked them " private"?
no reply
i thought they couldnt speak english so i said bye .
the next thing i know is .....

this pissed me off so much
i mean there are people that are to have fun
just cus you are admin doesnt mean that U CAN JUST FREAKING START BANNING PEOPLE!!!!!!!
DOES IT?!!?
