In this section i have something called the W$N blacklist, and W$N blacklist continued.... These are the people banned off my servers. And when you report an offender, this is how you do it:

//Name of offender, ban reason here
i.p. address here

Example:

//~Twister,speed hacking
00.000.00.000

no i.p. address? and in the format above so server owners can just copy and paste it into their blacklist script

Then you will get my Partial IP if you don't have admin
/whois 1 for deebz
/whois 2 for skip

of course it isn't always like that
